The internal corporate Insider Trading Policy regulates the Company's corporate insiders—officers, directors, and employees to buy and sell stock in lawful manner. It permits persons to trade in certain circumstances that are called "Allowable Trading Periods" or "Trading Windows Open". The policy determines the blue highlights as "Ban Period" or "Trading Windows Close", which starts from seven trading days prior to the end of each quarter till the third trading day after the quarterly earning release. Any other trading window close days, such as press release for contract win, M&A, etc, will be on the schedule as intended. All Restricted Persons will receive a schedule reflecting the dates of the Allowable Trading Periods based upon the planned earnings release dates for the year.
